In August 2020 we completed the build of 4 apartments in Millfield Lane in York for DNA Developments. The building was formerly a hair salon with flat above. We ripped out everything to brickwork, took the roof off and raised it to ad a third storey. A new entrance and frontage, dormers, and rear extensions were added to the structure.
Following structural changes we then fully fitted out the four apartments to a high spec for ready for the rental market.
