We have recently completed a comprehensive renovation and extension project at a residence on Stockton Lane, York. The transformation of the ground floor includes a newly constructed brick front porch featuring new compost door and glazing.
At the rear, we added a striking single-storey extension equipped with expansive sliding doors from local firm Lowther Aluminium. The extension boasts a lofty apex ceiling adorned with Velux windows, and showcases a premium kitchen supplied by Wren, complete with a spacious island and luxurious quartz countertops.
Adjacent to the kitchen, a stylish dining area features elegant panelled walls. The lounge area is complemented by a wood-burning stove, offering views of the sizable garden.
Externally, meticulous brickwork detail highlights our commitment to quality, while the pitched tiled roofing, skillfully executed by our trusted partners at Future Roof, finished off with a dry verge system, and traditional rise and fall guttering complete the finish.
