Our client wanted to make use of the large loft space in their home to create a master suite. Unfortunately there wasn’t the required height so we raised the roof!
For this stunning home renovation in Clifton, York, Future Projects completely transformed the property inside and out. We raised the existing roof by several feet to create a spacious master suite featuring a high, vaulted ceiling with roof lights and Velux windows, giving the room a bright and airy feel.
A rear extension was added to form a modern open-plan living space overlooking the beautiful garden, while the ground floor layout was reconfigured to connect the new kitchen, dining, and living areas seamlessly. Additional works included a practical utility room and a side extension to create a new garage area.
The ground floor extension features elegant crittall-style doors by Lowther Aluminium, and the new roofs were expertly installed by our sister company, Future Roof. Upstairs, we re-planned the layout to introduce a stylish new house bathroom, supplied and fitted by York Bathrooms. All building works were carried out by our talented in-house team at Future Projects.
