Future Projects carried out a complete bungalow renovation in Strensall, York, transforming the property into a bright, modern home. The work included a rear extension, a complete rewire and new plumbing, a new heating system, plastering throughout, and replacement windows and doors.
The rear extension created a spacious kitchen and dining area, with rooflights bringing in natural light and wide glazed doors opening onto the garden. We fitted a new Howdens kitchen and a new bathroom, completing the transformation inside.
Outside, a new stone driveway, rear patio and fencing gave the bungalow a smart finish and created a practical space for relaxing and entertaining.
