Here’s a bungalow we’ve recently completed in York. The renovation included a complete rip-out of every room, full re-wire, new bathroom, removal of garage and internal walls, side and rear extension, new kitchen and utility room.

For this property in Huntington, York we were commissioned to renovate the whole property and add a substantial two storey extension to the side and rear. Ivy Cottage in York is a character cottage we’ve recently extended. Following a demolition of an existing lean-to Future Projects built this fantastic single storey extension with new kitchen and utility room.

A fantastic single storey rear extension we completed in July 2019 in Aberford, West Yorkshire. This extension was built on a 70’s detached house and included a utility room, large rooflight, GRP flat roof and bifold doors opening up on to a timber patio/deck with storage below.
