Ivy Cottage in York is a character cottage we’ve recently extended. Following a demolition of an existing lean-to Future Projects built this fantastic single storey extension with new kitchen and utility room.

A fantastic single storey rear extension we completed in July 2019 in Aberford, West Yorkshire. This extension was built on a 70’s detached house and included a utility room, large rooflight, GRP flat roof and bifold doors opening up on to a timber patio/deck with storage below.
